oops... it's been a while since i've posted. i've been a little busy with christmas shopping, photo editing and organizing, and trying to figure out Smiley's spit-up issues... just another day in paradise.
the house has made significant progress - electrical, heating ducts, blah blah blah... drywall, and the most exciting thing (so far) is our front door is finally in!! i absolutely love the way it turned out!
so as of a few days ago - here is how the house looked from the outside - still a bit of drywall to do in the garage but other than that, the entire inside is ready for paint this coming week and our siding goes on this week as well! i presume that means our hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets might be installed at the end of this week as well! i can't believe how fast this whole process has been - crazy!
we have received a closing date of January 13th! Less than 4 weeks to go {25 days, but who's counting???} so beyond excited... and so beyond tired.
this past week I was up until 5 am {not exaggerating} 3 nights in a row working on Shutterfly photobooks for my parents and my mother-in-law's Christmas gifts. i really do love doing them even if they take so much time. we had our family Christmas tonight... i kinda love this photo of my parents receiving their gift.
oh and other photo of me & Smiley just because i love him so...
i have so much more to write about...
* Coco's 2.5 photo shoot...i FINALLY got some really super adorable photos of her! i'll post more another time but for now here's a sneak peak!
* more house details... decor thoughts, updated interior photos, etc...
* christmas photos - i'll wait until after the holidays to do a big christmas post
* and a few upcoming projects i have planned!
i wonder if i'll actually get around to doing any of the updated posts before christmas... we will see. i hope to be more faithful at this blogging thing in 2o12.
